We charge fixed fees for our core services — so you’ll always know the cost upfront, with no surprises.
Our fees reflect the depth of expertise, technical accuracy, and care that goes into every piece of work. They’re not based on time spent, but on the value and reliability we provide.
Because we work efficiently and consistently, you're not paying more if a case takes longer — and you benefit from discounted rates when multiple advice areas are included in one report.
New relationships naturally take longer as we learn your preferences and processes, but with fixed fees, you won't pay extra while we get up to speed.
For bespoke planning documents or complex cases, we’ll agree a tailored quote in advance.
Monthly Retainer – Reliable Support, Better Value
We ask clients to reserve capacity with a monthly retainer of £250. This ensures we’re available when you need us and allows us to plan and deliver work within agreed timescales.
Your retainer acts as credit towards monthly services. It’s not an added cost — it’s a commitment to priority support and dependable delivery.
Any unused retainer credit can be carried forward for one month, and we’ll always apply the oldest balance first — so you never lose value.
Please note, we do not charge VAT at this time. Should this change in the future, we will notify clients accordingly.
